Chair Yoga

Yoga is for everyone, not just for the young and fit. The old and those with restricted mobility can try yoga to strengthen their health and wellbeing too.

Chair Yoga has a series of breathing techniques and gentle movements that could be done either from a chair, utilising a chair, or just having a chair nearby. When done mindfully, Chair Yoga will improve your blood circulation, mobility, flexibility and even brain functions. At the same time, attain a sense of peace and calmness through Chair Yoga.

About the Instructor:
~ Ms Ong Ju Lee, Certified Yoga Teacher, is an experienced yoga teacher. She has accumulated a list of achievements over the last 7 years of her career in Hatha Yoga:
• Diploma in Teaching the Science and Art of Yoga
• Svastha Yoga (2009)
• Sivananda Yoga Vidya Peetham certified yoga teacher (2013)

Date:
• Group A: 9 Mar to 1 Jun 2018 (Fridays, except 30/3, 27/4 and 4/5)
• Group B: 8 Jun to 24 Aug 2018 (Fridays, except 15/6 and 10/8)
• Group C: 31 Aug to 16 Nov 2018 (Fridays, except 19/10 and 26/10)
• Group D: 23 Nov 2018 to 25 Jan 2019 (Fridays)

Time:
• 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm

Fee: $160 per person for 10 sessions or S$22 per person per session for walk-ins
