- Learn gentle poses that are suitable for both beginners and elderly, as well as those who are recovering from illnesses, wheelchair-bound or have minor disabilities.
- Learn joint-loosening movements, breathing exercises, basic effective yoga postures and relaxation techniques.
- Regular practice helps to reduce stiffness, improve blood circulation and lung capacity, lengthen the spine and enhance our body alignment.
